Bob's Personal Testimony

I grew up in a Christian home and heard the Gospel message many times but it wasn't until the summer of 1995 that I surrendered to the Lordship of Jesus Christ and yielded my life to Him. God made me perfectly aware that I stood in need of forgiveness from Him, and made me understand that Jesus, by His death on the cross, made it possible for me to be forgiven of my sins. Prior to that moment in June of 1995, all other attempts to establish a relationship with my Creator had been a conscious effort to gain merit with God. But God showed me that even the faith necessary to believe in Him was something only He could provide (Eph. 2:8-9). I cried out to the Lord in utter helplessness, realizing only God could meet the deepest needs of my heart. Shortly after, I was persuaded that God wanted me to spend my life spreading the Good News that changed my life.

I have always enjoyed working with juniors, and God has opened the doors for me to pour my life into that special age group. Kids 4 Truth has been born out of a necessity to share the most important truths about God in a dynamic, captivating, memorable way. The truths about God will never change, but the methods through which we communicate these truths must change. The forces of evil have used music, television, and other multi-media venues so effectively! I believe God can just as effectively use multi-media for His glory by communicating truth.
